About us
Why we built this
Where you grew up shouldn’t decide where you end up. Your Next Step exists to close that gap, one person at a time.
What we believe
You don’t need it all figured out. You just need your next step. And you’re not alone.
What we value
- Start with the person.Who you are comes before any job title.
- One step at a time. Most activities take under 10 minutes.
- Honest numbers.Pay figures come from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, and every source is listed.
- Your work is yours. It stays on your device unless you sign in, and you can download or delete it any time.
